Internship program at the Mercedes-Benz Plant in Kecskemét!

What does the internship program mean?

Our goal is to provide complex support for our interns both in their studies and in their professional development. The program is a chance for would-be professionals to learn about the plant culture and gain insight into the tasks of an employee working here as an engineer or in the field of administration.

The individual progress of students is also ensured by the fact that they can practice and improve their language skills every day while working together with their German-speaking colleagues in various projects and meetings. Our company considers youth development to be very important, so in addition to their studies, students have the possibility to work on the days of their choice, even from home office.

Students can ask questions about the ongoing projects and form the concept of the projects with their supervisors’ help. In addition to completing their internship, students receive support in writing their thesis from qualified mentors at their department, so successful completion becomes our common goal.

General expectations:

3-5 days of work (Monday to Friday)
Knowledge of German and/or English
Committed to a minimum of 6 months of work
Active hungarian full-time student status
