Mercedes-Benz Kecskemét Employees to Receive Profit-Sharing Bonus for Fourth Consecutive Year

The Management of Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Hungary Kft. has decided to pay a gross HUF 500,000 profit-sharing bonus to employees of the Mercedes-Benz plant in Kecskemét for the closed 2025 financial year. The one-time payment will be made together with the March salary in early April.

For the fourth consecutive year, the Mercedes-Benz plant in Kecskemét is directly sharing the company’s financial success with its employees, thereby recognizing their outstanding performance over the past year.

In accordance with the agreement concluded with the trade unions, the amount of the profit-sharing bonus was determined based on several factors. All key performance indicators had a positive impact on the final payout amount. Jens Bühler, Managing Director of Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Hungary Kft., expressed his appreciation to employees for their performance, emphasizing that in a challenging environment their commitment and reliable work laid an important foundation for the plant’s success.

The payout amount is a preliminary estimate based on the Group’s 2025 results, which were published by Mercedes-Benz AG on February 12, 2026.

Under the wage agreement, employees will receive a collective base salary increase of at least 5% in 2026, depending on their remuneration group. In addition to existing benefits, the company will provide an additional one-time payment this year and has introduced cafeteria benefits (SZÉP-Card).
