500,000 cars have been produced since the opening on March 29, 2012, at the Mercedes-Benz plant in Kecskemét. The plant in Hungary contributes to a great extent to the growth of the compact car segment. The models CLA and CLA Shooting Brake are made exclusively in Kecskemét for all the markets of the world. The 500,000th car made in in Kecskemét is a cosmos black Mercedes-Benz CLA, whose owner is a Hungarian customer.
