Milestone for Mercedes-Benz plant in Kecskemét: The two-millionth vehicle rolls off the assembly line

The Mercedes-Benz plant in Kecskemét has reached another important milestone in its history. In October, the two-millionth vehicle rolled off the assembly line. The milestone model is a five-seat version of the all-electric EQB.

The two-millionth vehicle, an all-electric EQB, rolled off the production line at the Mercedes-Benz plant in Kecskemét, Hungary, in October. The popular electric models are an integral part of the compact car product portfolio at the site, alongside high-end internal-combustion vehicles and plug-in hybrids. The plant currently produces the Mercedes-Benz A-Class, CLA Coupé and Shooting Brake models, as well as the Mercedes-Benz EQB. Last year, more than 174,000 vehicles rolled off the assembly line in Kecskemét.
